I need a 3-D modeler

I Want to be able to 3-D print a “Lifemask” of pinhead from Hell raiser and also Freddy Krueger. It does not have to be a full 360°, it can be just the front face all the way back to the center over the ears or maybe a little bit farther than that. I need someone to create the files I need to be able to 3-D print this
