I need a 3D model maker.

I'm currently looking into making diorama scenes using original characters from short stories I've written. I intend to 3D print and paint everything myself. However, for my characters I will need someone else to make the 3D models from my concepts so I have something to print. I'm looking for pricing quotes. Obviously without more precise specifications I know prices will vary wildly but a rough idea would be helpful
