I need a 3d model of my land in order to map out and design what i want to develop

I'm looking for 3d modeling services to create a 3d model of my land measuring 154 acres in size. My main goal is to understand the topography of the property so I know where to build and what to develop. I'm looking for someone who can offer creative solutions for my development, but I am also open to suggestions. My budget for this project is less than $500.
