I need a 3d mesh obj file from an image

I need to convert an image to 3d mesh obj file.
I will provide the images in JPG OR PNG format.

If you are sure that you can do it, plz bid and we fan proceed.

Usually these images are of some person but this image is a 2d image taken from a normal camera.
