I need a 3d image designer

I am in the process of making a youtube channel which will be a Liverpool FC fan channel where I hope to make pre recorded videos aswell as streams. I need a 3d designer who can design a relevant background to be used with a green screen in my videos. I have no experience in this nor do I know if there has to be certain dimensions of this 3d image. I will attach an example of an already existing youtubers layout as an example
