ı need a designer to design a ai robot character for my web site

I need a desginer to design a 3d ai robot model. I want to create a character that I would describe as an artificial intelligence generator. I will put it on my website. I want to create a concept like "Let our artificial intelligence Herios produce it for you". Rigged is important to me. I have a budget of 250-300$ at most. For the 3d model I will also buy the copyrights.
