i need a 3d design in STEP, IGS , STP, SLDPRT or X_T format for my manufacturer

i have provided a pencil drawing of what im requiring to be put into a 3d digital design. i will also require images of the rendering in PDF. it is a compact key ring that folds out 90" bars (one to the left and one to the right) the bars fold back in on the centre support bar.
the design will be made out of metal or titanium so the drawings will need to be very precise.
