I need to create the revit model of a building from a cloud of points (rcp,e57 or tdx)

I am looking for an experienced professional to create a Revit file (.rvt) of a building from a Reconstructed Cloud of Points (RCP. E57 or TDX). No specific wall thickness is required, but I am open to suggestions. I will provide the points data in RCP format or directly the revit file to be modelled. I need the completed project to be delivered with precision and professionalism. The data must be accurate and fit the design goals. Understanding of construction, design, and mapping norms is required. This project needs to be completed efficiently and effectively.

All the levels have the same distribution.
