30x60, 1st floor 3 bay garage, 14' ceiling, concrete walls, concrete slab floor, end with door opening into shared foyer with stairs going to 2nd floor apartment, 3br, 2 ba, fairly open floor plan, can be 8' ceilings. Wood second floor constructions, shallow/moderate pitch roof.
