I need z brush and substance painter artist

I am looking for a skilled 3D artist who is proficient in Z Brush and Substance Painter. My project requires the creation of 3D character models for animation purposes. I have reference images that I would like to use as a basis for the design. The ideal candidate should have experience in character modeling and texturing. The final 3D models will be used for animation, so knowledge of rigging and animation is also required.
