I need basic white 3d model of a house

I have drawings of the house all set up in 3ds max, I need someone to model it.
No materials, no renders, no plants, no trees, no furniture, no people, no sky. Only walls, stairs, basic windows and doors.
It will be later used for exterior renders only.
So this is fairly easy project, I just don't have time to do it myself.
If you wish, you can do it in sketchup or any other 3d software, but model really has to be clean.
After I'm done with visualization, you will receive the whole scene and you can add it to your portfolio, as a bonus from me.
Keep your prices reasonable, lower offers will be taken into consideration, newcomers are welcome.
