I need an artist .

I would like to commission an artist to make a 3d model of a face to be made into a mold to cast a ring. I will include an example of the type of ring I would like to have made. I would like the file to be able to be sent to a jeweler to print into a wax mold on a resin printer. I want to send pictures of a face to use for the ring to make a custom ring of the face in the pictures so I would like to work with an artist who can accurately create a 3d image from the pictures. I am not sure if this is a simple project or not or if the job is big I want talk with a potential artist about how to price the project.
