I need an architectural 3D modeller/aninamator

I am looking to collaborate with architecural professionals to create beautifully designed modules that when assembled can be suitable as a studio apartment or assembled as a larger home. I have 3D Max models of structural steel to share and discuss together with CAD drawings to visualise various combinations of materials, finishes and layouts.
