I need a 3D Modeler

Hello! I am an artist building an outdoor public sculpture that includes a concrete footer, a bench, pedestals, and sculptures of hands. I have a few drawings from myself done of the piece, as well as a few photographs of the outdoor park site that it will be built at, but I need a 3D visualization of the space before I have approval to build. The piece includes cast aluminum golden hands sitting behind 5 powder coated pedestals that the hands will be mounted on. There will be a concrete bench in front of the sculpture. All of this is resting on a puddle-like shaped concrete footer.
