I need 3D Low poly assets for converting a 2D game to 3D game.

I am looking to have a few 3D low poly assets created for an old game which I am trying to recreate. I have clear references for the characters as well as some general ideas for the environment. I need an experienced freelancer with great understanding on 3D modeling, texturing and lighting. I am looking for a cartoonish style for the game and need all the assets to be optimized for mobile. The assets should be low poly but still carry enough detail for a good-looking image. The freelancer should be proficient in Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
