I need a 3D CAD designer

Hello I want to build the New Year's ball from Time Square. I want the model to be able to hold 2 by 2 by 2 inch triangles all around with two squares from the bottom to the top to slide a pole in the middle. If we could add a support structure inside of the ball to hold the outside (where the glass triangles are) and to hold lights inside.
