I need a 3 Building Models of a clubhouse, with some changes in each building by using BIM, Details will be attached and it needs to be done by 20th October 2023

I am in need of a skilled freelancer who can assist me with creating 3 building models of a clubhouse using BIM. The project has a deadline of 20th October 2023.

Building Models:
- The models should be created at an intermediate level of detail, ensuring accuracy and realism.

Changes:
- I have specific changes in mind for each building, but I am open to the freelancer's proposals as well. It will be a combination of both.

Software:
- The preferred software for BIM modeling is Revit. The freelancer should have expertise in using this software.
