I need an Architect

I am an In-house Design Architect for an Australian based Group of Companies. Currently I am busy with multiple working sites and I need hand to work with me. I need a Architect who can help with drafting the layout and making 3d models with rendering to work part time apart from there job. This will be clearly a drafting job or 3d modelling job.
