nTop Mechanical Porosity Models
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I will send you four baseline mechanical composite parts, each built from the same matrix-and-reinforcement system but with different constituent ratios. Your task is to open these in nTop (any version is fine) and generate four porosity variants for each one: 0 %, 30 %, 50 % and 70 %. In total I need sixteen native nTop files plus exported geometry that I can pull straight into our FEA chain.
After you accept the project I’ll share the supporting research paper so you can follow the exact pore distribution strategy and boundary assumptions used in our study. No extra environmental conditions have to be simulated right now; the deliverable is purely the geometric modelling.
Acceptance will be based on:
• Clean, editable .ntop files named clearly by model and porosity level
• Matching overall dimensions and mass targets from the paper for each porosity level
• STL or STEP exports that import without errors in Abaqus
If you are comfortable manipulating lattice/implicit tools inside nTop and can turn this around quickly, let’s get started.
