3D modelling for 1540 sqft apartment in Hong Kong
Budget: $2,000 – $6,000 HKD

Project Location: MacDonell Road, Hong Kong
Project Size: 1540 sqft (indoor) 600 sqft (outdoor)
Project Status: interior and garden area dismantled and cleared, in bareshell condition.
Project needs:
I am the owner of the place and designed my apartment myself in AutoCAD. I deal with the contractor directly. Currently we have discussed the following drawings with the contractor (progress in percentage)
1. floorplans 95%
2. partition plans 95%
3. Electric plans 85%
4. furniture plans 90%
5. ceiling plans 60% (not quite complete)
6. elevations (furniture) 80%
7. elevations (other) 0%
As my contractor only draw floorplans and cannot provide 3D model. I urgently need a professional and efficient designer to build 3D model to visualize the whole space. So that I can have a better idea of the space to avoid misunderstanding during construction period.
3D modelling like using SketchUp or other alternative software is perfectly enough. No detailed rendering is needed. As we need the drawings to be done asap within 1 week. preferably ASAP.
