3D modelling for printing

I have a 3D head figure (obj) with far too many details and a part that's missing (behind, hair). I need it smooth, cleared and ready for 3D print. I cannot upload it here because of the size.
I can provide the original photos, if needed. I'm looking for long term collaboration, if possible.
