3d modeller needed for BR 9f locomotive

I am seeking to construct a prop replica of the the Thomas and Friends character Murdoch in 1/32 scale otherwise known as gauge 1. This character is based on a BR standard class 9F locomotive. the original prop is constructed with brass and CNC chassis. I would like this model made to be 3D printed or sourced for lasercut parts. more importantly needing chassis modeled to be used for CNC templates. These would include wheels, frame, pistons, rods, linkages, crank pins, ect... these chassis parts would all need to be individually modeled to be used to make real world parts. The bodyshell could be constructed in few pieces for simple printing.
