3D modeling with renders and video of a steep plot

Based on an existing plot with many curve levels (steep plot) I need to create the landscaping of a green area that contains: an entrance, 2 parkings, a road that connects the bottom and the top of the plot and 3 buildings. All the elements need to have a good material definition for rendering and video making. I will provide the 3 buildings design, the person has to develop the landscaping elementes like the paths, the benches, trees, etc. I need some renders and a video.
