3D modeling with Autodesk Inventor

At the moment, we have a project to be done. We have a proses plant 2D drawing which wants to draw 3D model with Inventor software. It is inside the shed. I have attached the 2D drawings of the plant as well as the shed drawing. Also, the 3D drawing as well, but, we can only review that, we want a similar thing to it.
Please let us have your quotation for it to give us all relevant Autodesk Inventor original files and please mention how long would it take for you to do this project?
