3D modeling form a point cloud using Blender software. -- 2

The job is to do a 3D model of a building from a POINT CLOUD (input) using BLENDER Software. The detailing should be high and output should look like replica. Minute deatiling also matters.
It's a big project and please reach me only if you have worked on similar project before.
