3D modeling and 2D detail drawing for Play area spiral slide
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need 3D model for attached drawing ( Node 8 ) and detail engineering of this model as detailed fabrication drawing including plate cutting layout for all miters, fabrication drawing for full slide & support and BOQ. Slide dimension is ID 800mm x 3mm thk.
Refer attached CAD file ( 164409103 ) for detailed dimensions and angles. This is 3D model with tube / pipe. We need miter so we can roll the miters, assembly them, weld them and create the desired 3d shape.
Our slide should be divided in 5-6 segment. 2 segments each for entry and exit portion, 3-4 segments for curved portion. Note that curved portion is divided in 2 half’s. Bottom half is SS 316L and upper half is Acrylic. Slide ID is 800mm and 3mm thk SS 316L plate to be used. Slide support will be Carbon steel pipe or other structure material as per your design. Some reference pictures are attached for same kind of slide constructed from miters.
