3D modeling in FreeCAD for existing apartment
Budget: $5 – $15 USD
I urgently need initial 3D modeling done in FreeCAD for existing apartment. I provide hand sketch with horizontal measurements and photos. See below:

After 3D model completion I need final layout drawings in PDF format.
The following are the stages of the project:
Stage 1:
1.1 Build initial 3D model from sketch with horizontal measurements and photos. Use approximate vertical dimensions from photos.
1.2 Create 2D layout drawings from the 3D model with marked RED lines for the missing vertical measurements that need to be measured to complete the 3D model.
1.3 Send the FreeCAD (.FCStd) file together with the 2D drawing files to client.
1.4. Deadline: Up to 48 hours or sooner.
Stage 1A:
After receiving the files I make the necessary vertical measurements as required in 1.2. Scan the 2D drawings with vertical measurements and send back.
Stage 2:
2.1 Correct the 3D model with vertical measurements.
2.2 Make 2D layout drawings for the existing layout of the apartment. PDF files in A4 size.
2.3 Send the updated FreeCAD (.FCStd) file together with the 2D drawing files to client.
2.4 Deadline: Up to 24 hours or sooner after receiving the required files from Stage 1A.
Stage 2A:
I check the drawings. Provide measurements for layout change for opening in dry wall between the kitchen and corridor.
Stage 3:
3.1 Update the 3D model with the required changes to layout I need to make. (Removal of dry wall in salon, Opening in dry wall between the kitchen and corridor, Removal of closet dry wall in bedroom, Removal of A/C opening on lowered ceiling in salon).
3.2 Make final 3D and 2D layout drawings for the updated layout including proposed changes. Final layout drawings including 3D and 2D floor plan, 2D and 3D drawings from multiple angles inside the apartment. PDF files in A4 size.
3.3 Send the final FreeCAD (.FCStd) file together with the final 2D and 3D drawing files to client.
3.4 Deadline: Up to 48 hours or sooner after receiving the required files from Stage 1A.
Minimum Requirements:
* Previous experience in FreeCAD.
* Previous work with similar projects.
Advantage:
* Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) building codes and standards in US (Florida).
* Good reputation of on time delivery of previous projects.
* Priority to those that can deliver as soon as possible.
Please address this in your offer:
1. Your time estimate in hours for each stage or project total.
2. Are you available immediately and can complete the project before my proposed deadlines? If not, then in what time frame?
3. Do you have previous experience with FreeCAD and your level of proficiency and expertize.
4. Will you be available to do a FULL MEP 3D modeling including electrical, plumbing, water piping later this year?
5. Your requested price per hour.
6. If you have additional notes/questions please let me know.
Notes:
* If you are planning in doing this in Revit and then export to FreeCAD, Please let me know in advance. Export from Revit to FreeCAD does not always transfer correctly. Since I work in Linux and have only FreeCAD installed I need to know this in advance to make sure all the measurements are correct.
* Please submit quotes only if you feel confident in your 3D modeling abilities. If you can show similar prior work in FreeCAD that would help my decision.
