3D modeling

I am looking for a 3D Modeler who can help me create a high-detailed character model for a project. I'm not sure what textures or colors should be used, so I'm open to suggestions from the modeler. I'm looking for someone with experience in creating high-detailed 3D character models, that have realistic features and appearance. The modeler should also be experienced in bringing the finalized model into animation software. Experience in rigging and animation is not required for this project, however the modeler should have the knowledge to do so if needed. The 3D modeler must have a portfolio of past work with different characters and be able to use multiple 3D software.
