3d modeler needed for project -- 2

what I'm looking for is a full size, fully articulate realistic Robot kitten for use in college robotics class. I have pulled some inspiration from the net there are a few things that I need I listed below but other than that have fun and enjoy
the overall theme is cute, realistic and clean i want to look at it and see a cat
head to have smooth look similar to the picture (please don't copy it's not mine) below, the head must have a hinged lower jaw with teeth and tongue detail and moveable ears that attach to the head. And eyes similar to the eyes below
the nose will be a button and needs to have a way to stay in the head but still move
between the ears on the forehead will also be a button, smooth to the head, with a recessed power emblem and will need a way to stay in the head but still move
as for the body (please don't copy it's not mine) I need a small compartment with cover big enough to hold a usb- a f-f connector and a hole inside the compartment big enough for a micro usb-c to pass through. I also need a small 1/4" circular speaker grill hidden somewhere on the body
the black areas of the body (see pic) are a ribbed flexible material and would be ideal in my model
paw pads (see pic) should be separate from the paw and the paw will have recessed area for them to sit in, this allows the pads to be made of a softer material
the legs should be a little stouter and hollower to run cabling or wire for operation and joints using a hollow ball and socket to pass cable or wire through
The finished model should 10"H (from ground to lower jaw (don't include head), 14"L (from nose to base of tail) and 7" wide (across hipbone without legs)
all parts should be hollow with at least 1.5mm wall thickness
all parts should disassemble, and each part saved separately and named specifically. a 2d image of each should be done. All parts files in a folder labeled parts and all 2d images in file marked images
at the end of the job i will retain all rights and intellectual property. all files must be turned over I want the following " Copyright 2023, Chris Cline. molded into the belly in small print. the copyright emblem is supposed to be in front of this but I'm tired of typing
