3D modeler to create a model based on a subdivision/land development project
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a 3D modeler to create a model based on a subdivision/land development project. In the AutoCAD file, the hatched and numbered areas represent lots, which should be shown as grass, with a divider between each lot.
Most of the project consists of pavement, grass, and roads. The only areas that require detailed modeling are the leisure area and the reception, both located at the front of the project.
I will provide all project details, including AutoCAD files and visual references.
Delivery format:
The final file must be delivered in SketchUp (.SKP) format.
Deadline:
I need the final delivery within 24 hours.
