3D model & 3d printing

I am exploring an idea and need 3model which I can take and 3d print. I want 3d shape which resembles a 3d rectangle with arch on both sides. When keeping this object in a place and rotate pivoting on the center of the object it will form a circle.
Preferably if i get the 3d printed prototype, that would be great.
