3d model printed from supplied image

I'm an Artist looking to hire a freelancer to 3d print a customised model based on an images I will provide. This is due to me being a stubborn Gen X who works in many mediums but the computer gods hate me and I remain technologically cursed to this day. The models printed will be in the form of replicas/interpretations of actual historical buckles and decorative belt plates featuring primarily big cats, (lions, tigers, leopards and maybe a dragon although it’s not a cat). I prefer them to be printed in metal, but as I have no idea what I’m talking about, I’ll take your suggestions. I could buy from a replica site but they are of a very poor quality and insults the original artists. The model should look as detailed and realistic as possible. Emphasis particularly on precision and clarity of image. I’m not beholden to the past, I’m open to creative changes. The time periods range from Viking, Celtic, Roman, Scythian and 18th century France. Some images may be from military pieces, religious runic objects so there’s a trigger warning - as well as there also being a strong possibility of an image of a black cat if you’re superstitious. There are no depictions of violence against people or animals. A certain soul nuance is essential. Experience in 3d model printing is a must; this includes technical creation, compatibility with any 3D printer, optimization, and extensive experience in the software used to create the 3D model. Attention to detail, creativity, and excellent communication skills are all essential criteria for this project. (A.I wrote the above 3d printing criteria. I have no clue how it all works so I’m in your capable hands). Also to note, I will provide images I have worked on by old school methods, so you can work your 3d wizardry. I have one initial project, but I am also looking for a longer term artistic relationship as I will be requiring more of your work in my pieces.
