3d model illustration made from a photo

I would like a realistic 3d model illustration of a photograph of a truck. The drawing needs to exactly look the same apart from the following:

1) Turn the truck around so it is facing the other way.
2) Make the image of the truck twice as big.
3) Make sure the logo on the front of the truck is the correct way around.
4) The background behind the truck should be white.
5) Make it a vector file.

The truck image is attached.

Note it needs to be as realistic looking as possible.
