3D model of a house from architect plans. Sketchup preferred

I am looking for someone to create a 3D model of a house from architect plans. Sketchup is preferred, and the plans are already ready for use. It will be a basic model with correct ceiling heights, and door and window placement. The model will be used for interior design work for cabinet building and space planning. I am open to suggestions as to how to enhance the model if needed. The experience required should include working with 3D modelling skills and have the ability to create realistic 3D visuals from architect plans. Finally, the ability to use Sketchup or other 3D software is essential.
