3D model of a house on Sketchup for an interior designer

I'm looking for an experienced 3D modeler with expertise in SketchUp to provide me with a 3D model of a large (over 2000 sq ft) house for an interior designer. I already have the plans from an architect, just need to build it in Sketchup. The level of detail required is intermediate - walls, windows, doors, etc. This is a great opportunity for an experienced 3D modeler to demonstrate their talents and skills. The job requires technical proficiency in Sketchup as well as a keen eye for accuracy. You should also have some understanding of the principles of interior design and how to visualize spaces.
