3d model for an avatar body

Hello! I would like to ask if how much will it cost for you to modify a 3d avatar body model. Like add bust, collar bone, and booty. It needs to be low poly, must be around 2-3k poly only. The body model will only contain the neck upto the thighs part. For the shoulder, it will be only until the sleeves.
