3D model for Al Haram and Al Buraq wall (Wailing Wall), Jerusalem

I hope that you are doing well.
We need a 3D modeler to build a very realistic building for Al Haram and Al Buraq Wall (Wailing Wall), Jerusalem, for a documentary film, we need to have everything inside the red line in the first picture, the walls that border the red line need to be built inside and out, and the building in the second picture. We divided the photo into 4 parts, every one part would be covered in one milestone. And also we need to depend on the real measurements, attached a photo with the measurements.
Some areas need to be built as a 3D model so we are interested in their tiny details, as we need to take close ups on the camera for it, and others for medium shots and the other in long shots, so for the long shots it can be textured with depth.
And please note that:
When materials are delivered, they should be delivered as follows:
1- Work on the Maya program if possible.
2- If the work is not delivered on the Maya, then the work is delivered to FBX or OBJ with the textures and their files.
3- Textures are made as images, and do not use the pre-made material using any program.
4- To rely on the normal Render engine for any program and not link any material to any other engine such as Octane, V-Ray, or others.
If you are interested in working with us on this project, please let me know, as we are in a hurry. We are supposed to receive all the final files within 5 days as a max.
take into consideration that we built a 3D model for the first 3 parts, (But need some fixes), also we do not need to build the second part which is the Dome of the Rock.
So to be clear, the requested areas to be built are: the 1st, 3rd and 4rth, the 1st and 3rd are modeled but need some adjustments.
The chosen modeler will be provided with the original files of the built parts (We used Maya). Also will be provided with reference pictures and videos.
We can conduct a meeting and discuss the other details.
Our budget is $1250- $1300 but we are flexible to discuss the price with you.
