3d model designing

I am looking for a 3D model designer to create a high detail, photorealistic 3D model of an appartment. The model should be provided in the .OBJ file format. This 3D model will be used for rendering high resolution images and videos. The model should contain all the necessary details, textures, and colors of a real-life appartment.
