3D model design - Floor plan and Real estate

I need 3D models and animation designed for few floor plans and real estate building complex. I am attaching a sample floor plan and Building complex which you can make 3d Models from. I am also open to any 3D design of floor plan you may have/ want to design.

The model will have to be delivered in glb format.
