3d model creation files from image

I am looking for someone to create 3D model files from an image, specifically an object. I have reference images to provide so the modeler can create the design as accurate as possible. Furthermore, the 3D model files produced will be used in a 3D printing application. As such, I am seeking the highest quality and most accurate 3D model designs possible.
