3D model 200m2 area - Gym with 2 office(basic furnitures) + public toilet

Area building according to As-Build pdf, dwgs, photos. All drawings for all disciplines: Wall lining with wall panels, wall profiles, wall finishes, floors, skirtings, basic office furniture, gym equipment, toilet with tiled walls/floors, ceiling detailed with equipments and lights. Rendering not needed, but all materials on the scope must be also in 3D model, so I can work forward with it in 4D
