3d model and animation

I'm looking to hire a 3D Modeler/Animator to create a 3D character with several behaviors, for use in an animation. I need someone with experience and knowledge of 3D animations who is able to create the character from scratch - I do not have any visual assets to be used as reference. The types of animations I'm looking for include walk cycles, cutscenes and possible explosion effects. The character should have a unique and creative design and come alive in the animation.
