3d model Maya

I have have 3d models with rigged and animated... every model have 3-4 materials attached. I want to use this 3d models in unity with single material...

Merge down all materials in single material (No texturing) in single UV
some 3d models have multiple UVs have to remove that extra UVs,

and some basic animation.
