mesh finishing

Hi there, I’m looking for someone to help with a mesh finishing project. I need the mesh to be finished according to a 3D scan of the face. The model needs to be smoothed out and any irregularities in the scan need to be fixed. There is no specific deadline for this project, however I would like it to be completed as soon as possible. The finished mesh model will be used for 3D printing. If you have experience in this type of work please let me know as I am looking for someone who can work on this project right away. Thanks!
The Fileformat of the scan is stl. i can provide a picture so that, when in question, the scan can be polished accourding to that picture. There are some irregularities in the face region. especially nose and lips. When prinitng it small it doesnt matter but for a little bit bigger print it would be cool to have it polished up.
