1/43 master scaned and resized to 1/32 scale

I am in need of a master scanned and resized from 1/43 to 1/32 scale model. The original material is plastic, and the model is intended for functioning model use. This project requires attention to detail and precision due to the size difference between the original and resized model. Furthermore, it needs to be resilient as it will be used in a functioning model system and master for mold making.
