UV mapping and generate clothing texture

Hi, we are looking for 3D modeler who can generate textures for clothes based on a given image for UV mapping. They should be able to create UV maps for different kinds of garments too (about 15 UV maps for each garment type ). Blender is a must.
Approximately, we want to generate textures for about
1000 tshirts.
Later we will move to other garments.
