lowpoly action figures

I was recently robbed of an extensive collection of Doctor Who, Star Trek and Stargate action figures and accessories. Due to a large number of the figures becoming too expensive to rebuy, I decided to turn to 3D modelling and printed. I'm looking for a 3D designer to create low ploy models of characters and accessories (see attached image for how low poly) that stand 4 inches tall (sizes may vary depending on character)
