3d layout rendering/modelling

I am in need of a 3D rendering/modeling designer for an architectural project. The project requires 3D renderings and models of a modern architectural style. I have the floor plans and blueprints available that need to be worked from. This project will require that any services needed, such as adjustments to the plans, and all of the design work be included in the scope. I am looking for a creative designer with a high level of expertise and understanding of modern design. The project requires excellent attention to detail with a realistic approach and I look forward to seeing the final product.
