- Purpose: The purpose of this project is to conduct a land survey and design for a residential mountain house.
- Specific Features: While I have some ideas for the design, I am open to suggestions from the freelancer's expertise. The freelancer should be able to incorporate my ideas while also providing valuable suggestions for the design.
- Land Size: The land for this project is less than 1,000 sq. meters.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- 3D Modeling and Design: The freelancer should have expertise in 3D modeling and design to create a realistic and visually appealing design for the mountain house.
- Land Surveying: Experience in land surveying is crucial to accurately assess the topography and dimensions of the land to create an effective design.
- Residential Architecture: Knowledge of residential architecture is necessary to design a functional and aesthetically pleasing mountain house that meets my requirements.
- Creativity and Collaboration: The freelancer should be able to collaborate with me, considering my ideas while also providing innovative and creative suggestions for the design.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication skills are important to ensure that both parties are on the same page throughout the project.
