kytelia project

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project, Kytelia. The main goal of this project is to make a plan to separate two plots. I need the project to be completed in less than a month. The ideal candidate will have experience in design and planning. Some of the skills required include:
- Experience in land surveying in Norway
- Knowledge of local land use regulations
- Ability to create detailed blueprints and plans for construction
